The Unit Studio team meets with the client to understand project requirements, budget, and timelines. When necessary, we also carry out site visits to gain a clear understanding of the space and its context.
Concept Design
Based on the client’s requirements and vision, we develop the architectural concept that defines the direction of the project. This phase may include sketches, 3D models, and professionally produced renderings.
Design Development
Once the concept is approved, our team moves into detailed design development, preparing comprehensive technical drawings and complete project plans. Throughout this process, we work closely with engineers, contractors, and specialized consultants to ensure the project is technically feasible and fully buildable.
Permits & Approvals
Before construction begins, we prepare all required documentation and drawings to obtain permits from the relevant authorities. We manage the submission process and handle any requests or clarifications raised by regulatory bodies.
