The building in question is a two-storey detached villa, set on a plot of approximately 1,000 m² on a site with a pronounced slope. The architectural concept was developed around the principle that each façade of the building is oriented to receive natural light according to the investor’s requirements, ensuring optimal daylight and views in every direction.

The entire structure is positioned at the highest point of the plot, taking full advantage of the panorama and the most favorable exposure. Access to the villa is provided from the lower terrain levels, which has allowed the placement of auxiliary and service spaces (storage, laundry, technical rooms, etc.) on the ground floor. In its front portion, this level remains open and naturally lit through vertical floor-to-ceiling openings.

The upper floors, dedicated to living spaces, are organized in a functional manner, ensuring comfort, privacy, and abundant natural light in every area.

The façades are defined by a contemporary composition that combines clean surfaces finished in white grafiato with areas clad in natural stone tiles, along with large glass openings that allow a visual integration between the interior and the surrounding environment. This approach gives the building a modern, light appearance while maintaining a strong sense of harmony with the terrain.
