This hotel was developed by Unit Studio as a modern concept of premium hospitality architecture, designed to integrate naturally with the surrounding landscape. The project focuses on minimalist lines, balanced volumes, and the use of high-quality materials that create harmony between the built form and its environment.
The building is defined by expansive glass façades, generous indoor and outdoor spaces, and a panoramic swimming pool that offers guests a relaxed and exclusive experience. The design is conceived to maximize natural light and views, placing comfort and aesthetics on equal footing.
Architecture & Concept
Unit Studio has applied the “form follows function” principle, creating a dynamic structure based on clean volumetry. Natural materials such as:
minimalist concrete
earth-toned textured panels
large reflective glass surfaces give the building a modern identity and long-lasting character.
The building is set on an elevated platform, giving the hotel the impression of “floating” above the terrain while preserving the natural scale of the landscape. Surrounding trees and green areas have been carefully preserved to create a resort-like atmosphere.
