The main challenge in designing this industrial complex lies in the harmonious integration of different functions — showroom, offices, and warehouse — while creating a contemporary urban façade that connects naturally with the existing context. The project strictly adheres to the urban conditions and constraints of the site, aiming for a solution that is both functional and aesthetically refined.
The building is positioned along a strategic road axis, the Tirana–Durrës highway, and represents the investor’s first development of this type.
Conceptually, the complex is composed of two main volumes, separated according to function. The first volume, which includes the showroom and offices, is positioned along the main façade, with a taller, more transparent character. The second volume, housing the warehouse spaces, is located directly behind it and is treated with a lower, more opaque expression.
The façade concept is defined by two distinct treatments. The main façade, with a more monumental scale, emphasizes visual impact along the road axis through extensive use of transparent glass and an elegant structural system with metal shading elements. In contrast, the side and rear façades are characterized by the use of prefabricated concrete panels, articulated by horizontal windows of varying widths, which introduce rhythm and dynamism to the overall volume.
A structure that defines efficiency through design — clean volumes, exposed materials, and a visual language that blends function with aesthetics. The orange panels create a strong visual identity and bring vibrancy to an otherwise technical building.
