This single-storey villa, designed by Unit Studio, represents a contemporary approach to residential architecture, where clean form, natural materials, and a strong relationship with the landscape come together in a functional and elegant way.
The building is developed on a single level, ensuring maximum comfort, direct access to outdoor areas, and a rational organization of spaces. Horizontal volumes, a flat roof, and large glass openings create a continuous dialogue between the interior and the surrounding nature.
The linear swimming pool, covered verandas, and integrated courtyard are conceived as active components of everyday living, not merely aesthetic features. The materials used—exposed concrete, mineral plaster, wood, and natural stone—give the villa a strong, minimalist, and timeless identity.
